A backend process that was run on Monday (8/12) accidentally eliminated some currently filled positions.
This caused some users in these positions to begin losing access to some services.
Georgia Tech is working with USG to restore these positions and access to services.
Affected users should contact the ASC IT Help Desk for assistance (404-385-1111).
Georgia Tech HR is currently working on a solution for the issue involving filled positions being eliminated. However, the fix is unlikely to be implemented today or by the close of business. We will share updates as soon as they become available.
Services have been successfully restored for approximately 99% of employees impacted. Services for retirees and individuals currently in the hiring process still require additional corrections. Affected users should contact the ASC IT Help Desk for assistance (404-385-1111)
