Canvas: down

Canvas is experiencing issues due to an ongoing AWS incident.
AWS System Engineers are working to restore the service.

AWS Systems Engineers are still working to restore web services.

Amazon is reporting that the issues involving their AWS service is resolved, however, many services that rely on AWS are still in a recovery phase.

Instructure has made it to where most users are able to access Canvas at this time and has engineers monitoring it for stability.

Smartsheet is reporting to have recovered from the interruption caused by the AWS outage and are also monitoring the situation from their end.

Some other services such as Qualtrics have not released any updates about any service restoration at this time.

OIT will be monitoring the statuses of these services and will release updates as we receive them.
