Engineers are still working on issues affecting provisioning of roles and services for users. This includes issuing of new mailboxes/Microsoft accounts, de-provisioning mailboxes, or enabling other services (GitHub, Dropbox, etc.)

Engineers are still working on issues affecting provisioning of roles and services for users. This includes issuing of new mailboxes/Microsoft accounts, de-provisioning mailboxes, or enabling other services (GitHub, Dropbox, etc.)

System load issues were experienced overnight that caused intermittent login and application access problems, as well as delays in account and email provisioning. To stabilize services, background processing was temporarily limited and prioritized critical functions. Most services have now recovered, and remaining work is resuming gradually while system health continues to be monitored. Related incidents are also being reviewed to ensure all impacts are fully resolved.
