Issue with SEPA Instant Payouts

Our sponsor bank has confirmed that all impacted payments from 2nd and 4th June have been processed successfully.

We will continue to monitor to ensure these have all been successful

Our sponsor bank has started providing information on impacted payouts from last week and we have resent where issues have been identified. We expect all impacted payouts to be remediated by close of business tomorrow (12th June). As soon as we have anything more to share, we will be in touch.

Our sponsor bank continues to work on fixing the issue however they have stated they expect a resolution tomorrow (10th June). As soon as we have anything more to share, we will be in touch.

We continue to await clarification from our banking partner to confirm which SEPA instant payouts from 4th June have been affected. For any payouts that have been affected, we will resubmit them as soon as possible and notify any impacted merchants.

SEPA instant payouts from 5th and 6th June were processed as expected.

We have been assured that the underlying issue has now been resolved and that SEPA instant payouts from today were processed as expected.

We are aware of an issue with our SEPA Instant Payouts. This is caused by an issue with our banking partner. We are actively working with them to resolve this issue. We aim to resolve and provide an update as soon as we can.
