Reports of users unable to signin to the GoCardless Dashboard and use payment pages

We have noted the report of a fix being implemented by the cloud provider and have started to see a fall in error rates.



We continue to monitor to ensure this is sustained.

We are investigating an issue related to our dashboard, in particular reports of being unable to signin or perform actions that require Two Factor Authentication (2FA) using SMS.

We are aware of a global issue with a major cloud provider that is impacting multiple IT providers.

While the majority of our services remain unaffected, we have identified reports of intermittent issues accessing our dashboard and payment pages. In most cases waiting or refreshing the page is able to resolve the issue.

We continue to monitor updates from the impacted parties.
