Summary: File Attachments issues from Customer Care Portal and Google Cloud console
Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Support.
Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.
We will provide an update by Thursday, 2022-10-20 21:25 US/Pacific with current details.
Diagnosis: Customers may not able to upload File Attachments from Customer Care Portal (For workspace) and Google Cloud console (For GCP)
Workaround: Once the case is assigned to an agent, user can email attachments that they need to share with the agent
