Diagnosis: - Builds which use gcr.io/cloud-builders/gsutil or specify artifacts.objects in their cloudbuild.yaml may experience permission denied errors upon uploading to GCS. - Build service accounts which previously relied only on the storage.objects.get permission may not be able to upload their artifacts as-is. Workaround: Add the storage.buckets.get permission to the build service account.
