Summary: Some Google Cloud SQL customers are not able to connect to database using IAM authentication
Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud SQL.
Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

Diagnosis: IAM database authentication is failing with "Failed to validate access token" when the customers try to connect to their database.
Workaround: Customers may try other ways of connecting to the database.
