Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Sunday, 2023-08-06 15:30 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Customers may not be able to create new Cloud Filestore instances, NFS access to existing instances is not affected, however, customers may not be able to take snapshots or backups of existing instances. Workaround: None at Present
