Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2023-11-21 03:13 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Customers will see on ~35% of the CreateRepository calls a deadline exceeded. Workaround: Customers may retry the CreateRepository call until it eventually succeeds
