Summary: Document AI training fails on UI
Description: We are experiencing an issue with Document AI beginning on Wednesday, 2024-01-17 04:25 US/Pacific.
Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.
We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2024-01-17 09:30 US/Pacific with current details.
Diagnosis: All training requests on Document AI custom extractor are currently failing with "Internal error encountered" on UI. Direct API call is not affected.
Workaround: None at this time.
