Summary: Cloud Build: Cross-project trigger creation failing Description: We are experiencing an issue with Cloud Build. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Thursday, 2024-05-02 09:30 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: Customer attempting to create a cross-project trigger will experience an unexpected permission error. Workaround: None at this time.
