Incident Report

Summary: Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) customers located in us-central1 may observe an issue with VPC Service Controls Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Networking, VPC Service Controls beginning on Wednesday, 2024-09-04 04:45 US/Pacific. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2024-09-04 08:00 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: VPC network data for newly created VMs or networks might not be available when requests to Google APIs originate from these VMs/networks. This can cause VPC Service Control restrictions to deny requests for clients that should otherwise be allowed. Workaround: None at this time.
