Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2024-09-04 08:00 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: VPC network data for newly created VMs or networks might not be available when requests to Google APIs originate from these VMs/networks. This can cause VPC Service Control restrictions to deny requests for clients that should otherwise be allowed. Workaround: None at this time.
