Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Monday, 2024-09-23 11:30 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: Customers may experience delays in ingestion, indexing, searching and rules detection for AWS SQS S3 feeds. Workaround: None at this time.
