Description: We are experiencing an issue with Cloud Trace beginning at Wednesday, 2024-09-25.

Diagnosis: Customers who have enabled VPC Service Controls may experience - elevated error rates in API calls that write trace spans - fewer spans shown in the Cloud Trace UI
