Summary: Support case comments may not be viewable Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point. We will provide more information by Friday, 2024-12-13 10:00 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: Customers may be unable to view comments and updates for support cases. Workaround: Customer can try refreshing the page as a potential workaround.
