Cloudflare reports that the core affected services are restored and are being monitored for recovery.

We are aware of and monitoring an intermittent issue with Cloudflare, our third-party cloud connectivity provider. Customers using the 1.1.1.1 app on Android devices may experience slow or interrupted network connectivity. Integrators using api.gotab.io may also experience interruptions in connectivity. We will update further as we receive additional details.
