Disruption in the New York data centre

Unfortunately, our data centre in New York will be affected due to disruptions in the air conditioning system. Our colleagues in the data centre are currently shutting down individual host systems in order to protect the server hardware. Unfortunately, this results in game server outages and restrictions in the web interface. As soon as the problems with the air conditioning system have been resolved, the host systems will be restarted. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to give an exact time as to how long the disruption will last. We will keep you up to date here in this status message. We apologise for this and thank you for your understanding.
