Granicus Engineering Teams are in the final phase to restore all remaining services. Exceptions are noted below.

This issue relates to services that were impacted as a result of the global CrowdStrike incident.

Products remaining in recovery include:

OpenCities - A small subset of four sites are anticipated to be restored within the next 1-4 hours. Individual sites have been communicated to.

RS - SIMA - Restoration continuing. Anticipated completion in the next thirty minutes.

Granicus Engineering Teams are very close to restoring all services with the exceptions as noted below. This issue relates to services that were impacted as a result of the global CrowdStrike incident.

We are moving this incident to Monitoring phase and there will be no further updates based upon the progress we have made today.

Products in recovery include:

OpenCities - A small subset of six sites which are anticipated to be restored within the next 1-6 hours. Individual sites have been communicated to.

RS - SIMA - Scheduled to be restored within the next hour.

GovQA - Sites restored. Some background services are in process of being restored and should be done within the hour.

Granicus Engineering teams continue to restore application services that were impacted as a result of the global Crowdstrike incident. We will continue to post hourly updates on a product by product basis.

Products in recovery include:

Open Cities - Will be restored within the next hour except for 4 customer sites. Technical Support will be reaching out to those sites directly

RS - SIMA - Restoration plan determined and is in progress

One View - Dynamics - A portion of services have been restored and work is still continuing on remaining services

GovQA - Sites restored. Some services are degraded with remedy in process.
