Granicus Issue Notification: govService SmartGov

This incident notification is being resolved. The issue is limited to a small number of customers, and Granicus Support is actively engaged with those affected to continue working with them directly. Any further updates will be communicated directly to the impacted customers.

We have identified that some SmartGov customers using the Laserfiche integration are experiencing permit submit and status-update issues related to Laserfiche template / metadata configuration. We are working directly with affected customers to validate and correct the configuration. We will provide further updates as progress is made.

We continue to investigate an issue affecting some SmartGov customers using the Laserfiche integration. Our Product team is actively working to identify the cause and determine next steps. We will provide additional updates as information becomes available

Granicus Engineering teams are currently investigating an issue impacting govService SmartGov. Our teams are working on this issue as priority and further updates will be provided as soon as possible.
