We have received reports from several customers about timeouts and degraded performance in real-time message processing, specifically regarding HL7 messages exchanged via the Graphium Integration Client (GIC). It appears there is an outage with an upstream vendor used by the GIC that is causing intermittent connectivity failures and increased latency. We are monitoring and will report back when we receive further information.
