Slack Integrations disconnect

This incident has been resolved.

Summary: We have identified the root cause of the issue and successfully deployed a fix.
However, to fully restore functionality, additional actions are required, which have been detailed in the email sent to the affected customers.

Summary: Slack integration with HackerOne is not working. Existing channels will not receive updates on HackerOne reports and users will not be updated about report changes via the Slack integration

Status: We have fixed the issue for new integrations and new Slack + HackerOne integrations will work but existing integrations/slack channels are still not functional

Next Steps: HackerOne is investigating whether existing integrations/channels can be restored. We should have another update in the next couple of hours.
