UAE Region Disruption

Update - Halcyon’s replacement Middle East cloud environment is now live and full cloud services and console access have been restored for impacted customers. No changes or actions are required for existing customer deployments.

Console access remains available at https://console.ae.halcyon.ai

This Middle East cloud environment is currently operating from our provider’s Ireland region to ensure continuity of service while restoration efforts continue within the UAE. We will provide advance notice once services are operational in the UAE and we are ready to begin migrating the cloud back into the region.

Customers needing assistance validating connectivity or console access should contact their Customer Success representative or Halcyon Support.

There has been no material change in service availability since our last update and we do not currently have an ETA from our cloud provider for full restoration. Our teams remain actively engaged with the provider to validate dependencies and enable phased recovery as components return.

Impact remains limited to Halcyon console access and cloud-dependent management functions in the UAE region. Endpoint protection, agent operations, and local enforcement remain fully operational and unaffected; agents continue operating from their local policy cache. Redundant Atlas servers remain available to support continued agent cloud communications independent of the UAE region.

We will provide the next update within 24 hours or sooner if conditions change. Customers needing assistance should contact their Customer Success representative or Halcyon Support.

We continue to work closely with our cloud provider as they restore services within the UAE region. Our teams remain actively engaged to monitor progress and coordinate restoration as infrastructure components return to operational status.

While the cloud provider outage continues to impact access to the Halcyon console and cloud-dependent management functions, endpoint protection, agent operations, and all local enforcement capabilities remain fully operational and unaffected.

To ensure continued protection during the restoration process, Halcyon has proactively stood up additional redundant Atlas servers accessible independent of the affected UAE region, providing continued cloud communication pathways for deployed agents.

We will continue to provide timely updates as console functionality is restored.
