Our Engineering team has mitigated the issue affecting AzureRM-based resource operations, and these systems are now operating normally.

We are continuing to work with our third-party vendors on a permanent fix. In the meantime, users may still experience intermittent network issues when downloading third-party Terraform providers hosted outside our cloud environment.
