Issue with Twilio and AT&T impacting SMS delivery

Twilio has posted an update that they are seeing SMS messages sending successfully. "We are now observing successful SMS delivery to and from AT&T Network in United States of America. We will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available."

Twilio has posted a status update that they are seeing delivery issues to AT&T numbers. This would impact SMS-based 2FA and Appointment Reminder texts in Healthie. If you are using SMS-based 2FA and would like to temporarily disable it, please have an organization admin reach out to hello@gethealthie.com. Twilio will be posting updates at https://status.twilio.com/ and we continue to monitor.
