HENNGE Email DLP の Secure Download 経由でファイルを受信したゲストユーザーが、ダウンロードページへアクセスした際、エラーが表示される事象につきまして AWS側でも原因となっていた障害は解消したことがアナウンスされたことを確認いたしました。

本件のインシデントレポートは後日、サービスのご契約があるお客さまにメールで個別にご案内いたします。

We have confirmed that AWS has announced the resolution of the outage that caused the issue where guest users who received files through HENNGE Email DLP's Secure Download encountered an error when accessing the download page.

An incident report regarding this issue will be sent individually via email to customers with an active service subscription at a later date.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.

We have confirmed that guest users who received files through HENNGE Email DLP's Secure Download are now able to access the download page. This is because AWS has implemented mitigation measures for the issue that caused an error to be displayed when accessing the page.

We have confirmed that the issue where guest users who received files through HENNGE Email DLP's Secure Download encounter an error when accessing the download page is caused by an outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS), which the service relies on.


We are currently monitoring the status of the AWS incident while also working on measures to mitigate its impact.


At this time, we have not confirmed any impact on emails sent through HENNGE Email DLP.
