Degraded performance in Clockwork

The response times remained within the expected values throughout the monitoring period of peak business. This incident is now resolved and Clockwork works as expected.

Additional allotted resources were enough to bring request handling time back to expected values and Clockwork should now work without delays. We are monitoring the situation to ensure the issue does not return with increased workload during high business hours.

We are currently observing longer than usual processing times of requests in Clockwork. We have employed additional resources to handle the increased workload, but Clockwork may still be slow to respond and Timesheets may be updating with a significant delay. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates.
