On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, starting at 17:00 UTC, and continuing until 17:30 UTC (30 mins), Heroku will be performing a service update to Heroku Connect add-ons in the Tokyo and Sydney regions.
During the service update, data synchronization, creation of the Heroku Connect add-on, and modification of configuration will be unavailable for Heroku Connect. Syncing will resume where it left off after the service update is complete. Heroku External Objects services will not be affected by the service update.
We will provide an update when we begin and complete the service update.
