Service Disruption on Heroku

The third-party cloud infrastructure vendor has confirmed that the issue trigger was DNS related on their database side. The vendor has implemented a fix forward and are seeing positive results. We continue to monitor the health of all the impacted clouds.

The Salesforce Technology team identified a service disruption impacting multiple clouds, including Commerce Cloud, Core services, Heroku, Hyperforce, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Slack, and Tableau. The investigation determined that the issue was triggered by a third-party vendor. The third-party vendor is notified and is working to resolve the issue.
