Performance is now back to normal.
We have added Triggers and SLOs to the list of impacted services, and upgraded the impact to Major given some triggers did not run.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We have identified resource contention that currently leads to degraded query performance, which has slowed down most querying types for the last hour.
The situation seems to be improving but we are keeping an eye on it.
