Lumen by Talkwalker: Delayed data from Print, TV, Online, and Social sources

We're pleased to inform you that the issue affecting Lumen by Talkwalker data retrieval from our media data provider has been successfully resolved.

The Metabase API connection with the media data provider has been fully restored, and data flow (Print, TV, Online, and Social sources) has resumed as normal. Content published during the outage window has been backfilled.

Update: Our media data provider has restored the underlying service that was affected by their outage. We're completing the steps required on our side to reconnect and resume data flow.
Once reconnected, content published during the outage window will be backfilled, which may take a few additional days to fully populate. We'll post another update once data flow has resumed, along with a backfill estimate.

We're aware that data from Print, TV, Online, and Social sources has not been updating since August 5. This is due to a service disruption at one of our third-party media data providers, who took systems offline as a precaution while they investigate and rebuild.
The provider expects to begin restoring service over the weekend. We'll update this notice as we get more information.
