We've identified the issue accessing Moodle is mostly affecting Apple computers. If you still have issues after clearing cache and cookies you'll need to delete your chrome profile and re-create it fresh. You can follow the instructions here to remove a chrome profile: u003chttps://helpdesk.hope.edu/kb/article/106-manage-chrome-profiles/#remove-profiles-google-chromeu003e

Update - We've found that this issue is not limited to Moodle pages and can affect other Hope College sites (Hope Login, Print Shop Pro, etc.). We've also found that clearing cache and cookies does not resolve the issue for all users. If you are still unable to load Hope College sites in Chrome on a Mac after clearing cache and cookies, the issue is related to a macOS Screen Time content filter interfering with Chrome connections to our servers. Please follow the steps in this article to resolve it: u003chttps://helpdesk.hope.edu/kb/article/107-chrome-not-loading-hope-college-websites-on-mac/u003e If you continue to have issues accessing any Hope College sites, submit a ticket at [helpdesk.hope.edu](http://helpdesk.hope.edu) or stop by the CIT Office on the backside of Durfee.
