On campus phones not dialing/receiving externally

We're investing reports that the campus phones are not able to receive calls from or dial external phone numbers.

We are working with our telephone service provider, 123NET, as they address widespread outages. Updates will be provided as available.

The college's telephone circuit provider, 123NET, has identified a damaged fiber optic cable in the Grandville area that is causing outages from Wyoming to Holland. Their technicians are at the location of the damage and commencing with remediation efforts.
