Rewards are being delayed for Binance

The rewards allocation issue has been resolved. User rewards are now available in the Miner Web App.

The issue with orders tracking has been resolved: the orders are now visible in Miner Web App. But there's still a delay in rewards calculation because of the problems with Price Recorder. The root of the problem is the same: new regional restrictions on Binance side. We're currently working on the fix.

The delay in rewards calculation is caused by the problem in data fetchers. Our data fetchers have faced the new regional restrictions on Binance side (so as other US-based crypto platforms). Our team is working on the resolution. No data will be missed and the rewards will be calculated and allocated once the issue with data fetchers is resolved.

Monitoring indicates rewards are being delayed for some trading pairs on Binance. Operations teams are actively investigating and will provide updates as soon as possible. Order information is not affected and rewards will be calculated and allocated once this issue is resolved.
