We want to inform you of a delay in funding due to our processing partner not delivering the required settlement file in time for the standard submission on Friday, May 2. As a result, settlement summaries for affected merchants will be available on Monday, May 5, along with the expected deposit timing. To minimize any further delay, we will attempt to process deposits via same-day ACH on Monday. If for any reason that is not successful, funds will be submitted via standard ACH and should arrive by Tuesday morning.
We understand that this is not the first time this type of delay has occurred, and we recognize the impact it can have. Please know that we are actively working with our partner to implement lasting improvements that will prevent these situations going forward and better uphold the standard of service you deserve.
