The storm has passed through the Tampa Bay area and is now off Florida's east coast. There are widespread power outages across the Bay area. Our main office is without power and is running on generator. That location is not involved in customer-facing service delivery. The primary datacenter in Tampa where our customer-facing workloads do run is also on generator power. Our datacenter partner has several days worth of fuel on site, and has just reported that they have fuel deliveries on the way. At this time we do not expect to proactively fail-over to our backup site. If that changes, we will be in contact.
If your installation is running in our cloud infrastructure, there will be no changes.
Many members of the Identifi team evacuated and/or are without power. We are in contact with them. Responses to requests may be delayed.
Identifi is continuing to monitor Hurricane Milton. Identifi has completed emergency response preparations. Many team members have evacuated out of the areas of most risk. We will maintain business as usual for as long as possible. The expectation is that there will be wide spread power outages throughout central Florida starting Wednesday night and going into Thursday.
While we still do not expect any impacts to our customer-facing operations, team member availability may be limited for the next 48 hours or more.
Identifi is continuing to monitoring Hurricane Milton. Identifi staff will continue preparations for the storm (both for the company and personally). As a result, responses to requests may be delayed. At this time we do not expect any disruptions to customer-facing operations.

Identifi is currently monitoring Hurricane Milton. As of 8 AM US ET on 10/6/2024 this storm is expected to make land fall somewhere along Florida's west coast. Possibly in or near the Tampa Bay area. Our datacenter facilities are hardened and well inland. However, we may see impacts to staff availability starting on Tuesday afternoon through at least Thursday morning. We appreciate your patience during this emergency.
We will be reviewing all of our emergency preparedness plans leading up to the storm's arrival. Please watch this page for further updates.
