This incident has been resolved.
The issue is regarding cached DNS values in Chrome. Clearing this cache resolves the issue.
To clear DNS chache, please follow these steps.
1. In Chrome, go to this URL: chrome://net-internals/#dns
2. On that page, enter www.ikeono.com and click look up
3. Clear Host Cache
Once this is complete, please close open tabs of Ikeono and/or Lightspeed and open new tabs.
We are currently investigating an intermittent DNS issue affecting Australia and Nova Scotia.
This issue will cause the Ikeono website to not load with the following error: dns_probe_finished_nxdomain
