Carrier MMS Requirement Update for Lightspeed R-Series

We have had reports of sales receipts and quotes sent from Lightspeed R-Series not delivering to customers as expected. After research and working with the carriers, new guidelines require a text be sent with MMS that includes the business name and description of image sent. To support new carrier requirements, we’re updating Sales/Receipts/Quotes sent in Lightspeed R-Series to include a short text with your business name and description of the quote. Sales receipts will include: "Here is your receipt from {shop name}" Sales quotes will include: "Here is your quote from {shop name}" Work Order quotes will include: "Here is your work order from {shop name}" Currently these messages are not configurable on a per account basis. Once we have confirmed this has resolved the issue, we will work on making them configurable at the account level but do not have an ETA for this.
