Intermittent Image Failures to Canadian Mobile carriers

We are seeing intermittent MMS Image failures to Canadian carriers. The carrier is aware of the issue and is actively working on resolution.
This issue is happening when sending MMS such as Receipts and Work Order Quotes which return the error Destination App Error
This issue is affecting users still on our legacy Carrier. We are prioritizing migrations to our new carrier for those affected.
