We are currently experiencing an issue with the certificate issuance process with our upstream certificate authority provider. As a result, ordering or issuing new certificates is temporarily unavailable at this time.
This issue impacts all certificates managed through Imperva that require new issuance. Existing certificates and active services remain unaffected.
Our engineering team is actively working with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
