Remedial measures have finished being implemented and traffic has returned to the Madrid (MAD) PoP. We continue to monitor to ensure the continued stability of the PoP.
We have discovered a service disruption that affected the Madrid (MAD) PoP which may have resulted in customers experiencing a loss of connectivity to services as traffic automatically rerouted to redundant PoPs. Teams are working to implement remedial measures and we are continuing to monitor in order to ensure that stability and traffic returns to the PoP.
