[INC-492] Istanbul (IST) Data Center Issue

Service for the Istanbul (IST) PoP has remained stable and functioning normally. At this time this incident is being considered resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

A fix has been implemented and service has been restored to the Istanbul (IST) PoP. We are monitoring to ensure continued stability. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.

We have identified the source of the service disruption affecting the Istanbul (IST) PoP to be a device in the PoP experienced a service fault. We are working on remedial actions to mitigate the impact to customers at this time. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.

We have discovered a service disruption that is affecting the Istanbul (IST) PoP, which may result in customers experiencing a loss of connectivity, intermittent packet loss and/or higher than expected latency to services.
