Partial downtime and delayed processing

On February 25th, between 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM (CEST), Implio experienced an issue with its machine learning inference server, affecting clients using custom models. This resulted in the following impacts: Asynchronous moderation endpoint: Delayed item processing. Synchronous moderation endpoint: HTTP 500 errors returned. The root cause of this issue has been identified, and a fix has been successfully implemented. The incident is now fully resolved.
