Implio Analytics Service Unavailability

From October 5th at 5:25 AM to October 6th at 2:00 PM, our analytics service was unavailable due to an OpenSearch cluster reaching capacity, which impacted the ability to track and view incoming analytical traffic data during this period. While documents themselves were not lost, analytical traffic data from October 5th to October 6th is unfortunately unrecoverable. To resolve the issue and prevent future disruptions, we have increased the number of nodes in our system to handle growing traffic demands. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
