This incident has been resolved.

Polygon service is fully restored and we are continuing to monitor performance.

Polygon Mumbai service is fully restored, we will continue to monitor performance. Services on Polygon Mainnet have been restored, but we are still seeing high rates of latency and timeouts. We are continuing to focus on improving service there.

Our engineers have identified the issue and have begun remediation efforts. Some services have been minimally restored, performance may be degraded. Testnet and Archive requests will continue to be unavailable. We are continuing to investigate methods to expedite restoring more services and will be monitoring the results.

We are aware of an outage of some of our Polygon Mainnet Polygon Mumbai Transactions Polygon Mainnet API Transactions Polygon Mumbai API Polygon Mainnet Peer-to-peer Network Swap On Polygon Network API endpoints. At the moment, the outage is limited to the listed components, which are temporarily unavailable. We are currently investigating to pinpoint a root cause and remediate.
