Great news - this issue has now been fully resolved. Sorry once again for the interruption to your day's work, and thanks for your patience.

We are pleased to inform you that the recent issue has been resolved. Our team has worked diligently to address the problem, and services are now back to normal.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely for a short period to ensure stability.

Currently some customers cannot access intellifo office, receiving the message: "This page is not working. office.gb.intellifo.net is unable to handle this request right now."

Our technical teams have identified the root cause and created a solution. We plan to deploy this solution into production today, 19th March, between 13:00 GMT and 13:30 GMT. You may experience temporary disruptions during this time, including being logged out of the system.

Please ensure you save all your work before the update begins to avoid any loss of data.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Just to let you know we are still investigating, and are pulling out all the stops to resolve this issue.

As soon as we have found the fix we'll let you know, until then we'll keep you posted each hour whether there have been changes to the status or not.

We have been alerted that some customers are unable to login to intelliflo office.

This is currently being investigated as a priority by our development team. Sorry for the inconvenience, but rest assured - we're on it, and we'll let you know as soon as the issue is identified. Thanks for your patience.
