This issue has now been resolved. No further issues have been reported and internal testing has not be able to reproduce the error since earlier today, since we started to monitor.

The issue has been identified as a problem with our vendor Microsoft Azure, and they appear to have already resolved problem. We will continue to monitor to ensure all services continue to work as expected.
We are currently experiencing a degraded performance with IRIS Guest. Our engineering team are investigating, and we expect an update in the next hour.
Services affected: Guest Mobile / Room / Web / Table / GXP / Manager API
Workaround: This appears to be a temporary state, with a refresh of the page/service resolving the issue.
