We identified a certificate configuration conflict affecting a few number of tenants following the maintenance activity. The issue was caused by an incorrect certificate configuration on the affected tenants.
We have updated the affected tenants with the correct ADFS ivanticloud.com certificate, and the issue has been fully resolved.
All affected tenants are now accessible.
