An issue has been identified that is affecting some Jamf Pro Sandbox/Dev instances that are non-Premium Cloud. There is a database contention issue that we have identified. This doesn't affect Production at all, and is isolated only to Sandbox/Dev instances.

Sandbox/Dev issues has been resolved. Instances were all back online at 0100 UTC and have been confirmed as operational. Apologize for any inconveniences regarding this.

In the past 1 hour and 20 minutes restorations under way, we have verified database are restoring and Sandbox/Dev instances are starting to come back online.
