The small population of instances, as well as their respective load balancers, in London and Sydney should be back up and running fine at this time. Sorry for any inconveniences this has caused with the disruption to your production day.

At this time we have identified the issue. We have taken steps to resolve and we have just a few instances left in a degraded state. These instances being down were caused by some changes to load balancers affecting a small number, (roughly 5%) in each region.
